Sadhguru offers specific Yoga practices to help us through these unusually challenging times. He is offering these practices entirely free of cost, for the benefit of humanity.

A sought after speaker and advisor by leaders worldwide - the UN, International Organizations, leading businesses and universities and the World Economic Forum, amongst others. He is the only Yogi to date to have led International Day of Yoga events both at the United Nations, New York and the United Nations, Geneva.
Sadhguru works closely with the Indian Government over a broad area of matters including the environment and education. He has been conferred the “Padma Vibhushan” by the Government of India, the highest civilian award, accorded for exceptional and distinguished service.
Sadhguru was one of the selected group of spiritual and religious leaders convened for a conference call with Prime Minister Modi re COVID-19 on March 30th.

Separately, click on the Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya and learn the mantra. The first 3 times, you will repeat after Sadhguru. After that, you can chant along with Sadhguru.
