Certified in 2012 by the Isha Hatha School of Yoga, Michelle was the first person to bring Sadhguru’s yoga practices to Switzerland and France. Her training includes an initial 1,750 hour programme in Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Centre in India plus annual upgrades. You can be assured of the authenticity and unbroken lineage.
She has collaborated with WHO, the Permanent Mission of India to the UN, Geneva, and the Indian Embassy in Bern, amongst others.
Nominated by the Indian Embassy, in Bern, for the “Prime Minister’s award for outstanding contribution towards promotion and development of Yoga at a National and International Level” and for the The Tällberg / Eliasson Global Leadership Prize.
She has to date taught yoga on three continents, including in India and Central America.
Michelle offers personal guidance about which practice(s) will be most suitable for each person, based on age, health situations and personal goals.
